Yuor Role with the Company:
The Process Engineer/Estimator is responsible for working with senior leadership as well as plant leadership to ensure that the quality of the bidding process in handled with integrity and accurately depicts what the companies capabilities are and that the cost associated with those capabilities are accurately communicated in the process. It is the goal of this position to continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the bidding process thus ensuring constant work for the specialty manufacturing group.

Background Profile:
Experiencing in CNC Programming, Lasers or other machining programs or has a solid understanding of how the equipment works.

years of experience in a heavy manufacturing process from start to finish and capable of reading and interpreting blue prints and GDT
1
year of being involved in the planning process for manufacturing purposes and solid understanding of how different departments work with one another.
Education preference of an Associate Degree or 2
years of related work experience.
Willingness to learn new processes and possess an open mind along with excellent communication skills.
Would prefer someone with Costimator software experience, but not required. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
